What's Left for Frontend Engineers?

A lot of people chafe at the idea that we’re going back to something we we used to do before. But if you wrote a web server in PHP that returns HTML in 2005, and you did that 2015, and you did that in 2025, it would work great today about just as well as it did back then. So hypermedia is sort of the base layer of stuff you might do on the web. That is always going to be true, there's never going to be a different base layer. So you can be pretty confident that you're building on a foundation that lasts.
