when I say “don’t bundle” I’m not saying “don’t ever bundle”. I’m saying don’t start with a bundle. Maybe grow in to that need. Prove you need it.

What you hear Brian say multiple times on the podcast is: measure, observe, improve (based on data) — he’s basically advocating the scientific method, lol.
